Kristin Menapace, M.S., is a Certified Wellness
Coach who inspires and motivates her clients to help them achieve their
wellness and weight loss goals, manage their stress more
effectively and live healthier lives. She provides clients
with support, knowledge, encouragement and guidance to help them make
the changes they want.
Kristin has been in the fitness industry for
over fifteen years, teaching swimming, tennis, and a variety of fitness
and wellness programs. She has also taught water fitness
certification classes in New Jersey Health Clubs and YMCAs, and has
taught at Rutgers University, where she received her Bachelor's and
Master's of Science Degrees. Kristin has facilitated programs with the
Girl Scouts on physical fitness and healthy eating, and has presented
basic wellness programs to local businesses in New Jersey.
She owns Muscle Motion & Wellness, a company that
specializes in correcting muscular imbalances for performance and
activities of daily living. She is also member of the IDEA
Association for World Fitness Professionals and is certified by the
American Heart Association in CPR. Kristin completed her fourth New
York Marathon in November, 2004.
Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband,
Ron, and two golden retrievers. She also enjoys
hiking, walking and running.
